On the 29th, Punkvism—the team behind the blockchain-based RWA (Real World Asset) project Punky Kongz—announced the signing of a consortium agreement with NAVER Cloud, NDEEPS, and Mintline (formerly Newmold) to establish a next-generation digital asset ecosystem.
This consortium aims to develop a future-oriented asset platform utilizing RWA-based digital infrastructure and AI Agent technology. Each participating company will contribute its specialized expertise and infrastructure to the project.
Punkvism will lead to the development of RWA-linked membership services and NFT trading systems that connect real-world assets with blockchain. It will oversee project financing and management, the issuance of tokens and NFTs, and the drafting of the whitepaper—playing a central role in shaping a comprehensive Web3 financial ecosystem.
NAVER Cloud will provide big data infrastructure and AI technologies, supporting essential components such as metaverse platforms, large language models (LLMs), and AI Agent development.
NDEEPS will focus on developing AI technologies and related services, while also unveiling solutions tied to metaverse and NFT content.
Mintline (formerly Newmold) will play a key role in building the RWA framework that connects physical assets such as fine art and cultural works to the blockchain.
Notably, this consortium reflects not only a technical collaboration but also a shared vision of leading the real-world asset economy through Web3 innovation. The participants plan to jointly develop a scalable platform encompassing the distribution, rewards, and user experience of digital assets, grounded in mutual trust.
